Account details you provide when registering or booking a consultation: name, email address, phone number, country and target band.

Learning data generated inside the platform: diagnostic results, lesson completion, practice answers, writing submissions, speaking recordings and mock test scores.

Technical data such as browser type, device, approximate location derived from IP address, and pages visited.

To deliver instruction, generate assessments and personalize your study plan.

To communicate about your enrollment, sessions, results and support requests.

To improve the accuracy of our assessment models using aggregated, de-identified data.

To meet legal, accounting and security obligations.

Writing submissions and speaking recordings are processed to produce criterion-level band feedback. Submissions are retained so you can review your progress history and request human review.

We do not sell your submissions, and we do not publish identifiable work without your written consent.

We process data to perform our contract with you, to pursue legitimate interests in improving our service, and with your consent for marketing communications. You can withdraw marketing consent at any time.

We share data with service providers who host our platform, process payments, deliver email, and provide AI assessment infrastructure. Each provider is bound by contractual confidentiality and security obligations.

For institutional enrollments, we share progress reports with the sponsoring organization as disclosed at registration.

Learning records are retained while your account is active and for up to 24 months afterwards, so returning learners keep their history. You may request earlier deletion.

We use encryption in transit, access controls, least-privilege administration and regular review of our infrastructure. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to certain processing, and request a portable copy. Contact us and we will respond within 30 days.

We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication, security and preferences. Analytics and marketing cookies are only set after you opt in through our cookie banner, and we honour Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals.

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time using the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer. Withdrawing consent stops further tracking and clears the related cookies.

Learners under 16 require a parent or guardian to register on their behalf and to consent to processing.

We operate from Lagos, Nigeria, and some of our providers process data outside your country. Where personal data leaves your region we rely on the provider's contractual safeguards, including standard contractual clauses where applicable.

When you use the contact form, consultation booking form, diagnostic quiz or newsletter signup, we store the details you provide so we can reply, arrange your session and send the guidance you asked for. Repeat submissions from the same email within 24 hours are merged into one record.

New enquiries also generate an internal alert to our team so nothing is missed. These alerts contain only the details you submitted and are visible solely to authorised staff.

Email noah@ieltsprepwithnoah.com with the address you used on our site and tell us what you need — a copy of your data, a correction, deletion, or to stop marketing. We may ask one question to confirm your identity, and we aim to respond within 30 days.

If you are unhappy with our response you can escalate to your local data protection authority; in Nigeria this is the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.

We will post material changes on this page and update the effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
