By creating an account, booking a consultation or purchasing a plan, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you are enrolling on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials confidential. Accounts are for individual use; sharing access is not permitted except under an institutional licence.

Monthly plans renew automatically until cancelled. Annual plans are billed once and include the stated access period. Prices are shown before checkout and exclude any local taxes that may apply.

Institutional and coaching arrangements may be invoiced under a separate agreement, which prevails where it conflicts with these terms.

You may cancel a subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Annual plans are refundable within 14 days of purchase provided no more than 20% of the course content has been completed.

Private coaching sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions missed without notice are treated as delivered.

You agree not to copy, resell, scrape or redistribute course content, question banks or model answers; not to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform; and not to submit unlawful, harmful or plagiarised material for assessment.

All course materials, question banks, assessment rubrics and platform software remain the property of EPT Advisors & Educators. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use them for personal exam preparation.

You retain ownership of the work you submit. You grant us a licence to process it for assessment, feedback and de-identified service improvement.

Our AI and human assessments are estimates aligned to official band descriptors. They are not official IELTS scores and do not guarantee any particular result. Official scores are issued solely by the IELTS test partners.

IELTS is a registered trademark of its respective owners. We are an independent preparation provider and are not endorsed by or affiliated with the IELTS test partners.

We aim for continuous availability but may suspend the service for maintenance, security or circumstances beyond our control. We may update course content and features to improve outcomes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including examination outcomes or visa decisions.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, with notice where practicable. You may close your account at any time from your dashboard or by contacting support.

The free diagnostic quiz, contact form, consultation booking form and newsletter are provided as-is for information purposes. Band estimates produced by the diagnostic are indicative only.

When you submit a form we use your details to respond, to arrange the session you requested and, where you have opted in, to send IELTS guidance emails. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and how we handle those details is described in our Privacy Policy.

The platform relies on third-party providers for hosting, email delivery, internal team notifications, payments and AI assessment. Their availability is outside our control, and your use of any linked third-party site is governed by that site's own terms.

We may update these terms to reflect changes in our services or the law. The effective date above always shows the current version, and material changes are announced on this page. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the courts of Lagos State have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to your mandatory local consumer rights.
