A structural summary of what each track covers, who it suits, and how progress is measured.

Track structure

Every track is built from the same four components, mixed in different proportions:

ComponentWhat it is
Live coachingInteractive sessions with a coach, capped for participation
AI practiceOn-demand evaluation of writing and speaking submissions
Mock testsFull-length, timed, examiner-style marking
Review cyclesStructured feedback sessions on submitted work

Full preparation track

For candidates with six or more weeks before test day who want coverage of all four skills. Includes the complete mock test cycle described in The mock test cycle.

Targeted skill intensive

For retakers with a specific shortfall — most often Writing Task 2 or Speaking fluency. Shorter, denser, and heavier on AI-evaluated submissions.

Private coaching

One-to-one hours you schedule directly with a coach. Best used alongside a track rather than instead of one.

How progress is measured

Progress is tracked against band descriptors, not raw scores. Each submission returns a per-criterion breakdown so you can see whether a band gain came from task response, coherence, lexical resource, or grammatical range and accuracy. Band scores explained covers how those criteria combine.
