Enrollment takes about ten minutes. This document explains each step, what you need to have ready, and what happens after payment.
Before you start
Have these ready:
- A valid email address you check daily — your class links and reports are sent there.
- A WhatsApp number, so your coach can reach you about live sessions.
- Your target band score and test date, if you already have one booked.
Step 1: Take the free diagnostic
Start with the free diagnostic quiz. It gives you an estimated band across all four skills and the single skill to fix first. Your coach uses this result to recommend a track, so it saves a consultation call.
Step 2: Choose a track
Review the course catalogue and the pricing tiers. Most candidates fall into one of three cases:

Step 3: Confirm with a consultation
Book a free consultation if you are unsure. Sessions run on WhatsApp or video call and last 20–30 minutes. Bring your diagnostic result and your test deadline.
Step 4: Complete enrollment
Your coach sends an enrollment summary confirming the track, schedule, and fee. Once payment is confirmed you receive:
- Your class timetable in West Africa Time (WAT).
- Access to the AI practice ecosystem.
- Your mock test calendar.
- A WhatsApp group invitation for your cohort.
After enrollment
Onboarding is covered in Platform orientation. If anything is missing 24 hours after payment, contact us with your enrollment reference.
