This document walks through your first seven days after enrollment so nothing is left to guesswork.
Day 1: Set up your study environment
- Confirm you can open your class links on the device you will use for live sessions.
- Add your live class times to your calendar. All times are published in West Africa Time (WAT).
- Test your microphone and headset — speaking practice depends on clean audio.
Day 2–3: Baseline practice
Complete one timed practice set in your weakest skill, as identified by your diagnostic result. Submit it through the AI evaluator so your coach sees a scored baseline before your first live class.
Day 4–5: First live session
Live classes are interactive. Come with:
- One question about your baseline feedback.
- A short list of grammar or vocabulary items you keep getting wrong.
Day 6–7: Study plan lock-in
By the end of week one you and your coach agree a weekly rhythm covering:
- Two skill-focused practice blocks.
- One AI-evaluated writing or speaking submission.
- One review session on prior feedback.
Where to get help
- Course and content questions: your cohort WhatsApp group.
- Billing, scheduling, or access problems: see Support and response times.
