Rescheduling live sessions
- More than 24 hours' notice: rescheduled at no cost, subject to coach availability.
- Less than 24 hours' notice: the session is counted as delivered, except where the cause is a documented medical or bereavement circumstance.
- Coach-side cancellation: always rescheduled at no cost, at a time you choose.
Pausing a track
Tracks can be paused once, for up to four weeks, if your test date moves. Request the pause before the pause begins — retroactive pauses cannot be applied.
Refunds

Mock tests and AI evaluations already delivered are not refundable, as the marking work is complete.
How to request
Email or contact us with your enrollment reference and the reason. Requests are acknowledged within one business day and resolved within five.
Data and privacy
If you leave a track, your submissions and reports are retained under the schedule in our Privacy Policy. You can request deletion at any time.
